FACILITIES

We are very proud of our clean, well maintained shop and equipment. It is our philosophy that a clean comfortable work enviroment, along with quality tools, promotes the high standard in craftsmanship and positive attitude towards problem solving our customers value. Our current capabilities include:

MILLING
Three axis CNC milling along with a DRO equiped manual mill and a large selection of tooling allows us to tackle most challenges common to the toolroom.

TURNING
Our turning department has lathes up to 15 X 50 with a focus on precision collet lathes. We have a 15" engine lathe, Hardinge toolmakers lathe as well as HCT chucker and second op turret lathe, all well tooled.

INSPECTION
For inspection we are well stocked with surface plates, gage bocks and pins, micrometers, ect.. We also have toolmakers microscopes, an optical comparator and a hardness tester.

SUPPORT
To support our general shop operations and assembly needs we have many hand tools as well as saws, grinders, tool grinder, drill sharpener, drill press, arbor presses, ect. In order to grow consistantly and remain competitive we are continualy and agressively adding equipment to increase our capabilities and the quality of service we offer.
